Refund policy

We at are committed to ensuring that our customers will never get dissatisfied with our services. And to that end, we provide a refund to our customers based on certain conditions:

  • The package you receive is damaged
  • The contents of the box are defective
  • You receive a product that is past its expiry date
  • Your order get lost during transit

Please inform us if any of the things mentioned above happen to you within 7-10 working days. If you fail to convey your grievances in the stipulated time, then it won’t be easy for us to make a refund.

The mode of providing a refund might vary depending on the circumstances. If you make the payment via Debit/Credit card or net banking, then it might take 7-10 working days for the credited money to appear back in your bank account. The policy of the banks causes this time delay, and we have no control over it. We sincerely regret any hardship caused to you during this time.

Return policy
